1. Free Designs & Quote
After you’ve been in touch with our design rep…
*You will receive 3 or more FREE Virtual Designs.
*A Quote will be provided to your preferred design.
(If needed, we will send out our design rep to meet with you.)
*Once your Design & Quote is Confirmed, we will book you in for an installation date.
2. Installation
Our highly trained professionals will arrive at your home or business on the day and time of your installation.
Depending on the requirements, most Home/Business owners does not need to be present on the day of the installation.
3. Maintenance & Service Calls
If there happens to be any issues with your lighting display throughout the season, let us know! Our technicians will arrive within 48 hours to fix the problem.
4. Takedown & Storage
When the Holiday season is over, our trained professionals will arrive at your Home/Business to safely remove your lighting display and sort it neatly in a tote bin.
We also provide Storage option for your lights at a reasonable fee until the following season.
